The Sims 5 will be available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox One. It will come with two expansion packs. It will also be available on the Origin store. Sims 5 is expected to be available for Mac.

The Sims Project Rene hasn't been officially announced yet, however, it's expected to launch on PC, PlayStation Consoles, and mobile devices. Sims Project Rene is expected to be free-to play.

EA hasn't yet announced the date of release for The Sims 5, but it's likely they'll announce it in the same manner as the Sims 4's free-to play event. It's also likely that the game will be released on the PC first.
